How Much Water Does A Bulldog Need to Drink?

Do you sometimes worry that your English bulldog is not drinking enough water? How much water should a bulldog drink everyday?

Healthy bulldogs need about 0.5 to 1 ounce of water per pound of their body weight. That means if your bulldog is 40 pounds (18kg) they need to drink 20 to 40 ounces every day. Other factors to consider are the temperature and your dog’s daily activity.

If the daily activity of your bulldog is more than usual, it should be drinking more water. Age and weight can also be a factor that determines the amount of water intake. Old and heavy bulldogs will need more water than young and lighter ones.
